Hitesh brings a whole host of skills to the Codesplice family that include developing strategic directions, regulatory and compliance consultancy and directorship stewardship. Having graduated with a degree in engineering in1982 from Cardiff University (University of Wales Institute of Science and Technology), Hitesh worked his way up through the defence industry with Dowty Defence and Air systems and Thorn EMI Electro Optics for over 15 years.
In 1996 he established his own company trading in para-pharmaceuticals. Having built strong trading relationships in Europe, he formed a partnership in 2000 to import pharmaceuticals. 2001 saw the Medicine and Healthcare Regulatory Agency (MHRA) grant the companies first licenses to repack parallel imported pharmaceuticals. Throughout the mid 2000’s, Hitesh engineered a joint venture with a major Spanish wholesaler who subsequently bought the group in 2005 retaining Hitesh as the managing director until 2015.
Hitesh currently has established a 15 employee strong pharmaceutical wholesale business spanning the UK, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania and has interests in temperature-controlled international transport, on-line fulfilment services and innovative relational database software solutions for businesses.
Kuldeep is Cloud and infrastructure lead at Codesplice managing the plethora of “as a service” technologies ranging from Infrastructure (IaaS), Software (SaaS), Platform (PaaS) and Disaster Recovery (DRaaS).
With an extremely keen interest since junior school, Kuldeep was briefly the youngest Red Hat Certificate holder in India. A Computer Engineering 1st Class with honours graduate from Portsmouth University, he is a passionate engineer on all aspects of IT from the latest enterprise cloud and networking technologies to everything in between.
Kuldeep’s responsibilities are architectural designs of software and product solutions, project management and implementation. A budding entrepreneur in his own right, he keeps abreast of the latest technologies influence on society and our daily working lives and is developing IoT solutions to bring to market.
A passionate student, he has advanced qualifications with AWS, Cisco, and VMware.
Operational Management, client relationship and managing the technological service and project delivery landscape are the competencies that Robin brings to Codesplice. Robin worked as an IT engineer and manager for a number of business including LE now EDF, NCR and Wincor Nixdorf throughout the 1990’s and 2000’s.
He founded his own IT consultancy in 2006 with a mission to deliver trusted, service-oriented IT management solutions. The business currently services clients in the UK, Japan, Singapore and UAE with the management team growing through the appointment of a Sales and Non-executive Director in 2017.
As well as his IT qualifications from ITIL, Cisco and Microsoft he recently completed his MBA from The Open University.
